Returns Eligibility

You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided they are:
  • Unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
  • With tags attached and in original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless defective:
  • Skincare, bath & body, or hygiene products (for health reasons).
  • Final sale or discounted items.

Return Process

  1. Contact us at mailto:[email protected] with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We’ll provide return instructions and a prepaid label (for US returns).
  3. Ship the item back within 10 days of approval.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • For exchanges, we’ll ship the new item once the return is received.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or faulty product, contact us within 7 days with photos. We’ll issue a full refund or replacement at no cost.

Missing Packages

If your tracking shows delivery but you haven’t received your package, please contact us within 7 days. We’ll investigate with the carrier.
